Melanie is a dedicated mortgage professional with nearly 7 years of experience helping homebuyers and homeowners find the perfect loan. She specializes in VA, Conventional, FHA, USDA RD, and first-time homebuyer programs.

Coming from a large family of Military Veterans and as the wife of an Army Veteran, Melanie is deeply committed to serving military families. With firsthand experience of PCS and ETS life, she is a NAMB-certified VA loan expert who is passionate about educating Veterans on their VA loan benefits.

When she’s not helping clients, Melanie loves exploring Alaska’s wilderness on a side-by-side or snowmobile, traveling to see her grandbabies, and spending time with family and friends.
